Worst Idea - 70
Taking charge of wage negotiations. Legend has it that Seth Johnson and his agent turned up with the idea of asking for £20,000 a week in the hope of getting £15,000. Ridsdale's opening gambit was "I won't pay you a penny more than 35 grand a week." On seeing Johnson's jaw hit the floor, he said "Oh, go on then, 40."We don't know if it's true. But we hope it is.

Ask a Leeds fan about he last few years and, after they stop crying, they'll usually tell you "we lived the dream." So we'll give him that, at least.
