Aussie Trip Day 2

Today was shopping at St Kilda's and Melbourne Central!

St Kilda Beach, flea market and shops!

St Kilda had a wide variety of items available, ranging from clothings to furniture to books and to even toys.

Then it was off to Melbourne Central to carry on the shopping. About 1 in 2 people in Melbourne Central were Asians, which kinda made it feel as if I was in an asian city, if not for the fact that the stores are mostly staffed by caucasians.

Opposite Melbourne Central was the Melbourne Library, which looks kinda grand on the outside, but I was not about to visit a library while on holiday.

And that was the end of the day. Finally managed to get a hotel room today, which was a huge relief because the floor in Kelvin's apartment was so cold I went to sleep wearing 5 layers the night before. However, there was a cock up in the online booking which meant the 3 of us had to squeeze into a double bed on the first night, to Ky's delight.
